Lou Nidou is a 3 room historical house (XVIème century) of lot of character in the medieval heart of Cagnes/Mer, a resort on the sea front. It has no pool but it is at walking distance from the beach. As it is close to the train station and buses, you will be able to do most of sightseeing by public transportation rather than renting a car, thus saving a lot of money and hassle. However if you have a car a spot is reserved for you in the nearby underground Planastel parking.
As stated by a guest, you will have the feeling of living in another century but enjoying all modern facilities.
There are 3 rooms, each at a different floor. At street level, there is a family room with a well fitted open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine…); at top level, there is an independent living room with a convertible sofa; at lower level there is a bedroom with a double bed. It is possible to add a folding bed for a child and/or a cot for a baby.
There is a small not enclosed courtyard opening on a pedestrian street with a table and chairs for having meals.
Lou Nidou est une maison historique (XVIème siècle) de beaucoup de caractère dans les Hauts de Cagnes, le coeur médiéval de Cagnes/Mer, une ville en bord de mer. Il n’a pas de piscine mais est à proximité de la plage. Vous n’aurez pas besoin de voiture et aurez la mer à portée de main. Si vous en avez une, il y a une place réservée dans le parking souterrain Planastel à 5 minutes à pied.
Vous aurez le sentiment de vivre dans un autre siècle tout en profitant du confort moderne.
Il y a trois pièces réparties sur trois étages. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a une salle à manger avec une cuisine américaine très bien équipée (réfrigérateur, four, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge…). À l’étage inférieur il y a une chambre à coucher avec un lit double, une salle de bain et un WC. À l’étage supérieur il y a un salon avec un sofa convertible, une salle de bain, un WC et un accès extérieur via un petit escalier. Il est possible d’ajouter un lit pliant pour un enfant et/ou un berceau pour un bébé.
Il y a une petite cour non enclose donnant sur la rue piétonne menant au château fort, avec meubles de jardin pour y prendre ses repas.
